Can Renters Install Grab Bars?

Balancing Your Vertigo With Grab Bars

A local provider of grab bar installations here in Pinellas County, Mr. Grab Bar of Pinellas County has recommended that grab bars be used to combat vertigo, one of the leading causes of unexpected falls in seniors.

Vertigo, an unpleasant symptom as a result of other more serious health problems can come on at any point, without warning and can many times lead to an injurious fall, especially in the bathroom. Grab bars, which act as empowering bathroom safety devices offer support to people who experience vertigo. The single most important location to have a grab bar installed is at the entrance to the shower stall. Stepping over the side of the tub can be a very hazardous maneuver, especially combined with the onset of vertigo.
